Code of Conduct
1. Marketing Co-Ordination Australia Pty Ltd shall maintain a good working knowledge of the Property Occupations Act 2014, Agents Financial Administration Act 2014 and the obligations required as a Rental Manager of this Complex.
2. We shall maintain a fair, honest approach and act with professionalism at all times in all our dealings with the owners and tenants.
3. Shall have no conflict of interest in our dealings.
4. Be aware of our responsibility to the owners of Units.
5. Be aware of our responsibility to the tenants occupying the Units.
6. A copy of the code of conduct is available on website www legislation.qld.gov.au
Complaints Procedure:
1. If you have a legitimate complaint please put it in writing listing your complaint with details of people/property Number involved and your contact phone number. Then lodge the complaint with this office and a response will be given within 7 working days.
2. Should we accept the complaint we will rectify within 7days or another time as agreed by both parties.
3. Should we reject your complaint (in wholly or part) we will do so in writing within 7 working days giving you reasons for your rejection.
3. Should you not accept our reason we will advise who else you can contact for advice.
