Maintenance

Maintenance requests and follow-up.

If maintenance is required at your property, please provide clear details, supporting photos where possible, and your preferred access arrangements.

If a contractor has attended but the issue has not been completed or the problem has returned, please notify MCO so the matter can be followed up.

Emergency maintenance

If the matter is urgent and requires immediate attention, please call (07) 3519 6922 and follow the voice prompts. If calling outside business hours, please select the emergency option where applicable.

Important: A call-out fee may apply where the reported issue is caused by tenant damage, misuse, blocked filters, tenant-owned appliances, or where access is not provided after an appointment has been arranged.

If you wish to raise a concern, please provide the details in writing so the matter can be reviewed properly. Include the property address, the issue, relevant dates, photos or documents, and the outcome you are seeking.

Written details help ensure the issue is recorded clearly and can be reviewed by the appropriate person.
